Disease Management Platform has been made available to all family physicians

The Disease Management Platform that we developed with Republic of Turkey Ministry of Health to improve the quality of health services has been made available to all family physicians in Turkey on January 1, 2021.

With the use of HYP; it is aimed to prevent the findings of the diseases, complication related function loss and disability by providing appropriate treatment with early diagnosis and periodic follow-up of chronic diseases. As the SRDC team, we are proud to be a part of this initiative.
